American progressive bands are great, but always seem to always hint a pop and mainstream rock, but Happy The Man sounds very European. Very great instrumental work that demonstrates the bands virtuosity and skills. This album has fine hints at jazz fusion with the saxophone and flutes prominent on some tracks. Overall a great album for people who are fans of Gentle Giant, Renaissance, and Caravan alike
